- North American Trips (Prize Pool A): Buy 1 qualifying Forgotten Island meal bundle online or via the Jollibee App (or scan your Rewards QR code in-store) and submit the in-app popup to enter to win a trip to Catalina Island, Cape Cod, or a National Park of your choosing.
- Philippines Grand Prize (Prize Pool B): Complete 8 separate qualifying meal purchases during the promo period to unlock entry for the 5-night tropical getaway for two to the Philippines.
- Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your name, address, Rewards email, and phone number on a sheet of paper. - Every Forgotten Island Box Meal includes 1 mystery blind-box foil pack containing 1 collectible charm and a sticker sheet (6-Piece Bucket Bundles include 3). You can also add a blank chain bracelet to your order for $2 at participating locations while supplies last.
- Charms are packaged in sealed blind-box foil packs to keep the surprise hidden, so specific character choices or swaps cannot be accommodated.
- There are 8 standard character charms featuring Jollibee icons and Forgotten Island characters, plus 1 rare Golden Bucket charm.
How long will the Forgotten Island meals, charms, and merch be available, and where can I buy them?
- The Forgotten Island menu items, charms, and merchandise are available from September 16th through October 31st, 2026, or while supplies last.
